The following contains a list of resources for systems and the people around them.
- Simply Plural - Simply Plural is an app designed to track front changes and keep a record of alters within a system. Link to the website for more information can be found here.
- PluralKit - PluralKit is a discord bot used to allow alters to communicate in servers via proxy. Link to website can be found here.
- To New Systems - a page intended to help those who have just discovered that they are part of a system, written by Caspian. You can find a link to the blog post here.
- Am I Part of a System? - a blog post intended to aid those in wondering if they're part of a system, written by Caspian. You can find a link to the blog post here.
- DID Myths and Misconceptions - a blog post written by BeautyAfterBruises that goes into detail about several myths and misconceptions about DID, including source links! Link to the blog post here.
- Dear Little Ones - a book written by a DID support worker who also has DID. Written for child alters to help understand what's happening, and that what happened wasn't their fault. The author has a read-along video you can find here.
- Pronouns.cc - a website for systems (and anyone else, really) to jot down their pronouns. Link to the website here.
- Flow Charty - a website for systems to see who is fronting, flow chart style! Input alter data into the side and press 'start' to begin. Link to website here.
- Lighthouse - a digital journal website for systems, made by systems. Has both a communal journal as well as individual journals for each alter. Also includes trauma worksheets. Link can be found here.
- Calming Your Inner Child - an article that goes over how to calm the younger parts of your system. Can also be used for those who do not have DID, but do extensive work with their inner child. Link can be found here.

- W3Schools - W3Schools is a website dedicated to learning different types of code, especially CSS and HTML. If you're just starting out, this can be a handy tool! Link to website can be found here.
- Omoulo's Digital Wellbeing List - A whole page with a long list to different links relating to digital wellbeing (such as privacy, website creation, etc). Link to the page can be found here.
- Surf the Web With Sadgirl - Sadgirl makes a lot of resources for those dipping their toes into personal websites. Here's a page she made about how to surf the web!
- Yesterweb's Digital Etiquette - Remember how home economics made you learn table manners? Here's a digital version of that. Jokes aside, this page teaches you how to engage in healthy conversation with others.
- Feeels - Interactive feelings wheel app. Helpful for when you can't quite pinpoint what emotion you're currently feeling. Link to website can be found here.
- You Feel Like Shit - An interactive website to help those who struggle with self care. Link can be found here.
- Here//&Now - A digital reflection space that's totally private and can be converted to HTML. Link can be found here.
- WebMd Symptom Checker - A tool that allows you to put in symptoms you're experiencing to get a better idea of what illness you're potentially having. Please note this tool is not intended to diagnose any sickness nor should it be used in place of medical advice. Link can be found here.
